Hello! Have you tried launching your Railjack post-Rising Tides? Simply go to the Dry Dock and interact with the Reliquary Drive at the back of your Railjack.

OOF yup, this is a known issue that we thought we squashed before update. Thank you for reporting - sorry for the nightmare fuel at such a vital point in the Quest!

For the time being, try switching to DX11 in your launcher. You can do so by hitting the cog wheel on the right top hand corner.
